The SMS Text Message service is provided by 4 Productions. You will need to purchase credit for sending texts from them. There is a link from your 'Agent Management Page' (see 'Viewing your statistics and registrations online'), which can be reached by clicking on 'Purchase SMS Credits' on the 'New SMS Message' box or the 'View live advert' link in the Editor.
The 'Send SMS text message' button
appears on the 'History
& Actions' pages of Applicant Details and Owner
details.
Clicking on this button will open the 'New SMS Message' box. Enter your message in the 'Text message to send' field. The telephone number entered in your office settings will be appended to the end of the message. To change the number, click on the 'File' menu and select 'Edit office'.
You can also right-click on an applicant/owner in the main list and select 'Send SMS text message'. Multiple Applicants/owners can be sent a text message simultaneously by simply selecting everyone you wish to contact before right-clicking.
