owner events

Events and communications with Owners can be recorded in the Editor. Open the 'Owner details' box and click on the 'History & Actions' tab.



From this screen you can view the Owners history and record new events. There are two event buttons:

Record Incoming communication

Record Outgoing communication

Clicking on the 'Incoming Communications' button allows you to input the details of any correspondence or phone calls received from the owner.



Clicking on the 'Outgoing Communications' button allows you to input the details of any correspondence sent to the owner, or any phone calls made to them. If you have generated the correspondence in the editor (see 'Generating Letters'), this information is automatically added.



Events can be deleted by clicking on 'Delete selected Events'.

The Event History is also viewable in the lower half of the Editor main screen by clicking on the 'History' button in the bottom-left of the main screen.
