If you want to use the e-mail functions in the Editor, you will first need to enter your e-mail details in the 'Options' box. Click on the 'View' menu, select 'Options' and click on the 'E-mail' tab.

You will need to enter a valid e-mail address, and also your SMTP mail server address. This information should be available from your e-mail service provider. Normally, the tick-box 'My mail server requires authentication' and the fields 'Logon Name' and 'Logon Password' can be left blank. You may need to contact your IT support if unsure. The 'Send a test e-mail' button will attempt to send a test e-mail to support@findaproperty.com. If in any doubt about e-mail set up, please contact the Editor Helpdesk on 0870 350 1003.
