Properties, Owners and Applicants that have been deleted are automatically moved into the archive section of the Editor.

Note that once you enter one of the archives, the 'Add', 'Edit' & 'Delete' buttons are replaced with 'Restore', 'View' & 'Purge'.

Information in the archive may be viewed in a read-only format by selecting a Property, owner or applicant from the list and clicking the 'View' button.

To move properties, owners or applicants back into your current active list, select the appropriate record(s) and click on the 'Restore' button. Note that properties that have been restored will not re-appear on the Findaproperty.com site until after the next time you Publish.
To permanently remove details from the Editor, select the appropriate record(s) and click on the 'Purge' button. You will be prompted to make sure that you are certain to wish to permanently remove the selected records.

Note that properties, owners and applicant details that are purged cannot later be restored. If certain, click 'Yes'.

It is possible to disable the automatic archiving of records by going to the 'View' menu, selecting 'Options' and clicking on the 'Advanced' tab. Untick 'Store properties/applicants in the Archive folder when deleted'.
