The X-Change function in the Editor can be used to retrieve the details of applicants who have contacted you via the Findaproperty.com site, as well as any current property information. It can also be used to update your mailing list. Clicking on the 'X-change' button will open the 'Data X-Change' box.

Before starting an 'X-Change' you may select what information you wish to receive and send. Under normal circumstances you won't need to change the default settings.
Tick 'Applicant registrations, messages etc' to retrieve the details of anyone who has contacted you by using the 'Contact Agent' links on your adverts. Applicant details are stored at Findaproperty.com for 3 months before being deleted.
Tick 'Shared properties from other agents' to retrieve any property details that have been shared to you (see 'Retrieving shared properties').
Tick 'My properties from Findaproperty' to retrieve the details of the current list of properties your company is advertising on Findaproperty.com.
NOTE: Under normal circumstances this is not necessary. This box should only be ticked if you have properties advertised on Findaproperty but do not have the details in the Editor, for example, if you are a new customer who's initial property list has been uploaded by the Findaproperty team, or if you are have re-installed the Editor after computer maintenance/upgrade.
Normally you will only need any new information since the last time you performed an X-change. Untick the box 'Only get new data since last X-Change' if you wish to receive all details from the last 3 months.
To add applicants that you have entered in the Editor to your online mailing list at Findaproperty.com, tick the box 'Applicant mailing list changes' under 'Select data to send'. Note that applicants will only be added to the mailing list if you have ticked 'Applicant is subscribed to Findaproperty.com mailing list' under 'Status & requirements' in 'Applicant details'.
