Property Events

Events connected with specific properties can also be recorded in the Editor.
From the Property Details screen, select the History & Actions panel to see Events for the property



To add a new event for the property click on the new action you want to add

Offer

Valuation

Record Incoming communication

Record outgoing communication

Remove Event

Create Boardman Event

Viewing



You can select a Negotiator (see 'Negotiators') and Applicant (see 'Adding and Removing Applicants') from the drop down box and add any viewing notes you need in the relevant box. Clicking on the Make an offer based on this viewing, will bring up the Offer screen.

Once you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click on the OK button for it to be added to the property's list of Actions and Events.

You can select a Negotiator, Applicant and Solicitor (see 'Adding and removing contacts') from the drop down box and add any details and notes you need in the relevant fields.

Valuation



You can select a Negotiator from the drop down box, fill in the valued price, set the Agency Fee, and select the Instruction Type. Any Valuation Advice or Internal Notes can be added in the relevant fields.

Once you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click on the OK button for it to be added to the property's list of Actions and Events.

Record incoming/outgoing communication



These events allow you to keep track of communications regarding the property.

Boardman Event



In a Boardman event you can keep track of whether a board needs to be erected, changed or removed for a specific property, and which contractor is responsible for the job (see 'Adding and removing contacts').

Reports showing lists of Offers, viewings and valuations may be quickly accessed by clicking on the 'Tasks' menu and selecting the appropriate report.



Property events are also viewable in the lower half of the Editor main screen by clicking on the 'History' button in the bottom-left of the main screen, as well as being displayed in the Planner (see 'The Planner').
