Generating Letters


The Letters feature in the Editor allows you to quickly produce a variety of standard letters to applicants, owners and contacts. Click on the 'Letters' button to launch the Correspondence Wizard. Select whether you want to create a Word Document or an e-mail, select the recipient type and the specific letter you wish to generate.



Click on next. The wizard will start to gather the information it needs to generate the letter. For example, the letter 'Suitable Property' under 'Applicant correspondence' needs to know which applicant the letter is to, which property it is regarding and which negotiator it is from.



Once all the relevant information has been entered, the wizard will tell you that the document is complete. Clicking on 'Create' will open your word-processor and generate the letter.
