Office details and preferences can be entered by clicking on the 'File' menu and selecting 'Edit Office'. This will open the 'Office Settings' box.

Details entered in here will be used in any letters generated in the Editor (see 'Generating Letters'). A mobile number entered here will be attached to any text messages sent via the Editor (see 'Sending Text Messages'). Account number and password can be amended here if necessary.
Default settings for new properties can be changed by clicking on the Preferences tab.

These will be the default settings in the 'Property Details' box when a new property is being entered, and can be changed before the property is saved (see 'Adding a property').
Should you need to change the Company name entered during initial set up, click on the 'View' menu and select 'Options'. Under the 'General' tab is a field containing the company name, which can be changed as required.
