The Editor can used to store the details of Vendors and landlords. Select 'Owners' in the Editor and select 'Vendors', 'Landlords' or 'All Owners' depending on who you wish to view.

To add a new owner, click on the 'Add' button. An 'Owner Details' box should appear.

Basic details can be entered under the 'General Details' tab. To specify which properties they own, click on the 'Property' tab and click on the 'Add' button. The 'Select Properties' box will appear containing your property list. Simply tick the relevant properties and click on 'OK'.

Owners may also be associated with a property by opening the 'Property Details' box from the main property list, selecting the 'Vendor' tab and clicking on 'Change' and selecting the relevant owner.

A solicitor associated with the owner can be selected by clicking on the 'Legal & Financial' tab and selecting from the drop-down menu (See 'Services & Contacts').

To save the owners details, click on 'Save'. To Edit the details of an existing owner, highlight the required owner in the list and click on the 'Edit' button.
Deleting owners
To delete an owner, highlight them and click on the 'Delete' button. This will move them into the 'Archived owners' section, from where they may be retrieved in the future if necessary (see 'Archive').
