Sharing Properties

If your agency has more than one branch or you share joint instructions with other agents, you can quickly and easily give them automatic access to your property details by ticking one box within your Editor.
You have complete control of which of your instructions you share and who you share them with

Similarly when your partners share their properties with you, the property details will appear in your Editor within your "Guest Folder". You can then reprint the details onto your stationery.

When the property has gone off market according to the 'main' agent, the joint agents will automatically be updated.

No Charge

The X-Change is built in to the latest version of FindaProperty.com Editor - there is no charge for using the Editor or for the X-Change service.

Improved Publishing

With the X-Change service you also have faster and more powerful Publish methods, you can publish a single property, retrieve the properties onto another computer, or synchronise with your laptop.

Share property details with 3rd parties

As well as sharing between agents, the X-Change service also provides you with the potential to provide property details for 3rd parties such as portals, newspapers, magazines, and other property organisations. Once again you are in complete control of which properties you wish to permit 3rd parties to access.
